LED reliability tester emits light when a product is exposed to stress. Hence, we check for changes in the property of the emitted light from the tester.
In general, before and after the acceleration stress test, photometric measurements are compared to determine poor product performance. To check these measurements it is necessary to use a photometric system equipment. The system consists of an integrating sphere that provides an environment for measuring optical properties, a spectrometer that measures optical properties, and a source-meter that supplies power to the product.
